I never planned on telling my story through music.
Truthfully, I spent a long time believing my voice didn’t matter. I stayed quiet about things that hurt me, made excuses for things I couldn’t explain, and carried more than I ever admitted out loud.
Eventually, all of it had to go somewhere.
That’s where Southern Overdrive came from.
